First you will take the proprietary iPEC Energy Leadership Assessment (ELI) to uncover your leadership potential as well as limitations. Then in our one-hour session companion piece, we'll review your results, identify opportunities to align your energy with your vision and goals, and create a personalized roadmap to guide your next steps with confidence and clarity. *Please book your 1 hour session in 1-2 weeks from now so there is time for taking the assessment as well as our analysis and prep. You will receive the assessment via email. It takes about 30 minutes to complete.
